“I personally am and will be forever grateful for Jen Leopold. I had been given inaccurate and misleading support from the moment my son was born. I was so lost, overwhelmed and depressed. With help from Jen’s support and guidance I was able to successfully breastfeed for years after having my first son’s tongue and lip tie clipped. Overcame postpartum depression and had the knowledge and strength to have a great start at breastfeeding with my second son. I highly recommend them to every and anyone.” -J
“Jennifer Leopold has helped both my fiancé and I tremendously upon meeting with her. Jen has this uncanny ability to help each of us,taking into account our very different personalities, in a way that opens our minds to look at situations In a whole new, more positive light. For over a year and a half we have looked forward to each and every session, though sometimes difficult because of how great we feel when we leave her. Jennifer is a wonderful help and we are better partners, parents and people because of her thoughtful and caring guidance.” -M
“Without Jen I would have given up breastfeeding. She got me through one of the most trying times in my life, and I will never be able to thank her for that. On top of being incredibly knowledgeable, she is sensitive to your individual needs, approachable, and always only a phone call away. She truly cares about each and everyone of her patients. She is a true breastfeeding guru, and a fantastic person.” -S
“I called in tears and explained my symptoms of severe mastitis that was made worse by a series of unfortunate events… Jen’s first word’s were “I will see you immediately. How soon can you get here?”…. I was there in 15 minutes, and for the next 2.5 hours Jen was not only massaging the milk out of the clogged duct, but also calming me and my husband down and reassuring us that we’ll be ok. And with her help we were. Jen is not only an amazing lactation consultant, but she is an all encompassing support system. She didn’t just help me through a very difficult physical issue with my breast, she also held my hand and led me through a nasty case of postpartum depression. I wouldn’t even know to seek help if I didn’t end up on her couch for the lactation issue! She was with me every step of the way until full recovery from both issues. Jen became a friend, a mentor, a supporter. I don’t want to sound cliche, and overly dramatic (I am actually a very pragmatic person!), but to this day, 7 years later, I count meeting Jen as one of the most fortunate events in my life.” -V
“Jennifer has been an invaluable part of my breastfeeding experience. Before I met her, I was exclusively pumping. After working with her in my home, we transitioned to full time breast feeding on the breast within one week. Even though we only met in person once, the consistent communication after her initial consultation provided me with much needed emotional support and her level headed expert advice. I know I was able to give this important start to my baby boy thanks to her.” -P
“Thank you so so so much for your help, Tova. I am so grateful. I have worked with other LCs for past children and I really appreciated your relaxed, flexible approach that put baby and me in charge. It really worked for us and I could not be more happy (even if I have to use a nipple shield for the next year).” -S
“Reaching out to Chaya on my first night home from the hospital was the best decision for me and my baby! I was so sore from my baby’s improper latch and I knew I needed help. Chaya spent two hours with me, showing me various nursing positions and amazing tips for a good latch. Chaya was the first to discover my baby’s restricted tongue movement, and referred me to the right person to release her tongue and lip tie. But Chaya didn’t stop there! She was always available by phone or text for all of my needs and questions about feeding, pumping, etc! That first night home from the hospital, I didn’t believe nursing would get any better. My baby will be one year old next week, and I am still nursing, and absolutely loving it!! My baby and I thank you!!!” – E
“Chaya was was an immense help. She came to my home in less than a day’s notice and immediately helped me with a better latch and positive encouragement when I needed it the most. She was also incredibly supportive via text for weeks after her visit, always happy to answer any questions and issues that arose along the way. I highly recommend Chaya.” -N
Aside from falling in love with my baby, working with Stephanie was the best thing that happened to me postpartum. She was by my side from DAY ONE to teach me how to nurse my baby and calm any anxiety about being a new mom. Stephanie is an essential part of our modern-day village for child-rearing! Not only is she super knowledgeable, dedicated, loving and a wonderful communicator she helped empower me to take on this role and trust my intuition as a mom. She's a miracle. - H
“Stephanie is fantastic! I first met her when my baby was about a week old. Nursing was very difficult for me. My supply was very low and my baby was always hungry. She spent hours of her time patiently teaching and guiding me in the first few weeks after my daughter was born. She has made herself available at all hours to answer any questions I had, even months after we met - as a new mom I had a ton! She taught me how to use sns which was extremely helpful. I was able to nurse my baby while supplementing with formula. Stephanie helped identity that my daughter had both a tongue and lip tie, which were interfering with the amount of milk my baby was able to transfer and the reason my supply was so low. My milk eventually came in and my baby is growing and very happy. Now at 4.5 months she’s 16 pounds! All from breast milk! Stephanie was very encouraging, extremely caring and supportive and I attribute much of my nursing success to her! I wouldn’t be where I am today on this breastfeeding journey without Stephanie’s help. I am so grateful to her!” - S
